A winter wellness herbal tea blend is ideal for soothing and warming both body and soul through the colder months. This blend combines herbs to support the immune system, ease digestion, and bring a gentle warmth to the body. Each herb is chosen for its winter-friendly properties, with a hint of spice to evoke the comforting scent and flavour of the season.
I have suggested ingredients that can be locally foraged from nature and dried, or easily sourced ready-to-use in a shop or online.

1 part dried peppermint – Adds a refreshing lift while aiding digestion and helping clear sinuses.
1 part dried rose hips – Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, rose hips help nourish and protect.
½ part dried cinnamon chips – Warming and aromatic, cinnamon boosts circulation and adds a touch of cosy sweetness.

Instructions:
Combine all herbs in a jar and mix well. Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place.
To brew, add 1-2 teaspoons of the blend to a teapot or infuser for each cup of tea. Pour over freshly boiled water and let steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Strain, pour, and enjoy.
Optional extras: A spoonful of honey for added sweetness or a slice of fresh lemon for a touch of brightness.
This tea offers immune-boosting qualities, digestive support, and a warming embrace, perfect for the colder months. Enjoy as a mindful ritual, perhaps with a favourite book by the fire, and let its herbal goodness keep winter’s chill at bay.
