Course Details: Sunday 23rd February - Grounding and Awareness Sunday 2nd March - Breathing for Calm Sunday 9th March - Releasing Emotional Tension Sunday 16th March - Energy and Empowerment Sunday 23rd March - Connection and Self Care * Saturday 5th April - Resilience and Balance All sessions will run from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
