Press pause on the hectic week and find your inner peace. This is a dedicated space for women to openly share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. Join us for a weekly sanctuary of relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation. Through conversation, mindful meditation, and guided exploration of a weekly theme, we create a space for you to unwind, recharge, and connect with your inner wisdom. We are passionate about making these sessions accessible to all women, regardless of financial circumstances, so I fund them myself. Donations are always welcome but not expected. We welcome newcomers with open arms.
