February is a moment to pause, find stillness, and reconnect with yourself—a time to nurture your inner light as nature prepares for the renewal of the seasons. Whether you’re looking to find balance, gain clarity, or simply indulge in a day of well-deserved self-care, this retreat is a gentle invitation to reflect on the past, embrace the present, and welcome the promise of growth ahead. Here is what you can look forward to: - Nourishing Restorative yoga - Meditation - Sharing circle - Seasonal craft activity - Oil blending and guided self massage - Light Spring supper Together, in a warm and supportive circle of women, we’ll explore practices to nourish the body, calm the mind, and awaken the spirit. This is your time to rest, reflect, and restore.

Cancellation Policy

**Pause the Week Booking Policy** 1. **Session Availability** Pause the Week sessions are held weekly and are limited to a maximum of 8 participants. This ensures an intimate and supportive environment for everyone attending. Please book your place in advance to avoid disappointment, as spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. **Booking Process** Bookings can be made via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with further details about the session, including location, timing, and any materials to bring. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address to receive this information. 3. **Cancellation Policy** If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the space to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a cancellation fee or loss of priority booking for future sessions. 4. **Late Arrivals** To ensure a calm and focused atmosphere, we ask all participants to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins. Late arrivals may not be able to join the session once it has started, out of respect for the group’s flow and wellbeing. 5. **Waitlist Policy** If a session is fully booked, you will have the option to join the waitlist. Should a space become available, you will be notified via email and offered the chance to confirm your place. Please respond promptly to secure your spot. 6. **Special Requirements** If you have any specific needs or requirements, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can accommodate them to the best of our ability. Your comfort and wellbeing are our priority. 7. **Free Sessions** Pause the Week sessions are completely free of charge. However, we kindly ask that you honour your booking to ensure fair access for others who wish to attend.
